No change - or rather there was fluctuation, but I ended up the same.

Begin afresh, afresh, afresh.
Well, for the first time in a looong time, I now weigh in at less than 15 stone! Lost another 3.5lb last week, so that's, er, in metric...
(perhaps that nice doctor Barry will convert for me?) Mind you, the Slimming World plan is getting a tad boring, and my digestive system is suffering a bit so I may be changing my approach shortly.
Still commited to losing weight though.
using http://convert.french-property.co.uk/ 3.5 lbs is 1.6Kg.
Well done you have the biggest challenge of the lot of us but going in the right direction.
My (probable) reduction this month is shrouded by my rubbish scales that fluctuates by at least 1/2 Kg depending on where you stand/lean forward to try to read the tiny dial. So I will leave it as no change.

Cheers for that, Doc. I'll get there - I have a future date with some classic lakeland runs this year or next!
Moving very slowly in the right direction, and started running again. Not running enough to make too much of a dent though. Currently a smidge under 80kg. Big push to get down to 78 in two weeks.
Down from 82.1kg to 80.7kg
I appear to have put a wee bit on!! I'm pretty sure thats due to the scales, they weigh different dependant on the surface I think!! Plus I also weigh myself at work on completely different ones!! Anyhoo 177.5lbs/80.5kg approx.!!! I think it'll start to head down now tho' as I'm going to get training proper now!!
No change for me Doc cheers
