    Re: Overweight to Raceweight g

Hello, can I join please? I know that I have to shift some poundage as it has crept up as my mileage has decreased post ultra. Currently 65kg and aiming for 62kg (idea racing weight is apparently 63kg but I want to get down to 62kg again.

If you train properly you'll tiddle it. A pal of mine who is tiny laughed when I told her she'd lose weight BG training but she lost 7 or 8lb over the spring last year

I need to join again, same target as last year. But... I'm still eating Xmas food & still injured, so I'm still getting fatter. I'll weigh myself once I'm running again!
