    Yeah, had a great trot out and was lovely to meet (and re-meet in the case of Swoop) some of men behind the avatars! Great route. Just a pity i didnt get entered!

    Glad the forumite group enjoyed their run round the skyline.

    Saw you out near Noe Stool- should have said hello but was a bit out of puff trying to keep up with others I was with. Very rude of me.

    Seemed to be at least 4 groups recceing the course from Mam Nick starting around 9am yesterday. Wonder how many others were out at different times/from different start points?

    A group of 5 of us set out from Mam Nick just as the forum group was about to set off. We tried out a few new shortcuts - some more successful that others!

    We counted 9 groups including ourselves. Joe's group started just before us and all the others passed us.

    mam tor was like tescos car park
    at least 30 handgliders, dog walkers, mountain bikers, walkers
    oh and the odd fellrunner
    very very busy
