The key to enjoying yourself is to get round the first half as fast as possible - do an all out blast to Mam Nick and you'll find the second half a breeze - it's all very runnable and mostly downhillNo need to worry about owt

Oh dear, don't remind me. Blew up at Brown Knoll but decided to jog round the second half rather than retire. It did cheer me up at Grindslow Knoll where two runners going much faster than me overtook me three times because they kept taking "shortcuts" which were slightly less than optimum. The third time I even told them it wasn't that way, but they didn't believe me!Is that what you did last year?
