I recently purchased a Motoactv GPS watch thing, and one of the aps on it is an MP3 player,(never tried running to music before) it supposedly learns what songs push you most in training and switches tracks depending on how you are running, only problem is what i know about music you could write on a stamp.
Whats the best music tracks to run to, Any ideas ????
