Well thats what the majority would suggest.

Nice and easy - just ease yourself in and make sure you enjoy it!
Just walk the climbs (hands on knees for that bit of extra power and speed) and then run the flats and floor it on the decents.

You'll be addicted in no time.

Training and experience required. Rack up a 1000 posts in just over a month(this will make you a 'Master'). After that just turn up, pay your money and run! Welcome Forest. No skill needed just follow everyone else. It can be cold at times so wear a jumper.
