    Cheers Raymond, might have a crack at the 30 miler, never done that far before but if its not too steep (which I guess it can't be) I should be able to get round. I f I do I'll let you know how it went.

    Do you know anything about the 5,5m race, I'll do that if not up for the long one?

    I don't know the exact route but it includes up and down Clayton Hill which depending on how they do it could be pretty steep for the Southdowns and both the windmills - Jack and Jill - it'll all be on the same OS map as referred to previously. Someone from my club, who has done a lot of hill, fell and mountain running has said nice things about it in the past.
