Online entries are still open, they'll probably take entries on the day if you get them a ring, what's your excuse?

Marked up the route on Memory Map this morning, came up with 32 miles, 6800ft ascent so near enough the quoted figures. I'm sure I'll find somewhere to add some extra unplanned miles since I didn't seem to be capable of making it around a marked out course last night without going wrong

Have a good one everybody, Mrs C is having a trot out and I'll be out and about on my bike offering encouragement and abuse in equal measures.

Also looking forward to it, though there is that oh my God why am I doing this again kind of feeling.

Surprised our paths haven't crossed elsewhere Andy, I guess I need to come a bit further north more often!

I suppose being a round of the Vasque I ought to be wearing offical club colours rather than the pony vests I've been airing lately, so I'll be in navy and red Holme Pierrepont colours for anyone who wants to hurl abuse at me on the way round

I'll be there tomorrow doing what has to be done, and liking it.

I agree with SteveS. Tracklogs says it's 32 miles as well. I plotted it last night. The route's so compact it fits on 4 sides of A4 at 1:25,000. That's a first for a 32-miler.

Hey BritNick, thought you'd be making an appearance !

Also looking forward to this, albeit with a certain amount of trepidation. Long as i don't go wrong i'll be fine. Have a good 'un everyone.

I entered on line and can't find the kit list : (

Seem to remember waterproof top, maps, compass, hat, gloves, food and drink. Is there anything else?
