take them back to where you bought them - that's who you have the contract with.

PS my mudclaws are great and I have 3 older kids running who all wear inov8 with no problems, one even plays social football in his

I'm getting a vibe here; is something bothering you?

Are they on the right feet?

How many miles have you done in these 4 months? Have you spent the time cleaning your shoes after each run, or have you just left them to rot?
And where are they coming apart?

I doubt you'll get anything.. tbh all the trail/fell shoes seem to be constructed the same.. i.e. to fail with 300 miles or so.. Only the Montrails really out last and the old swoops.. of the rest Walshes wear down rapidly, innov8 uppers fall apart/tear at the toe box, soloman uppers rip at the side/toe box..

TBH its just good business sense.. why make a shoe that can last 600 miles when you can make a pair that lasts 300 miles..

My baregrips were in pieces after little over 100 miles and my 190's barely see 200 miles.. which is normally 15-20 runs.. I still love wearing the 190's but try not to wear them too much. My solomans have only done 200 miles since christmas and are already shoeing tearing at the toe box..

Running is getting an expensive business..

Yep, they are gradually turning it into the marketting equivalent of mountain biking.

There's nowt wrong wi' 333's; best grip bar none. Plus they're made in China which means they'll probably last longer than your "good old British sh!te". P'raps you're just a sh!te runner who doesn't look after his shoes?

    Re: inov-8 help

I clean them after each run. Ive looked after all my footwear. This is my first and last pair of inov-8's yeah the grip you can't fault. It just pissed me off that you spend that amount for a pair of shit.I've hardly done any miles in these and the side of the sole on the left shoe is coming away.. Is it so wrong to be pissed ? All I wanted was a contact for inov-8 yet I get a few bitches making sarcastic comments. Maybe I was wrong to seek advice from such an unfriendly forum.. But suppose the average age on here is late 60's .. But thanks for the useless comments... I'll seek advice from people who know what they are talking about. ( not an elderly running forum )
