House for sale

My house is for sale (see thread down the pub). If anyone fancies a mid terrace (of 3) leadminers cottages, out in the hills, town 4 miles. 2ft thick stone walls, big garden (veg and flower), my fully insulated workshop/shed with electricity and fantastic views, well water, wildlife, hills all around. Woodburner heats house (probably cheapest/warmest house in Wales), front porch, living room, kitchen, rear utility, 2 bedrooms & bathroom.

Putting it on the market officially in a few weeks, but open to offers around £125k. Afraid I can't sort a job out for anyone though - lack of them in this area.

I've already ordered a new larger shed (coming on the 15th) to house the improved reactor, but I have another cunning plan. The new house has a constant supply of running water from the mine shaft, with a good fall in height - I'm thinking hydro-electric power. I plan to be the largest electric energy supplier in Wales :thumbup:

Slow worms, swift nesting boxes, frog & newt pond all included. Missus comes with me, unless there's a very good offer - she's worth at least 5 camels on the open market.

Not sure if this will work, Missus does everything to do with photos, I haven't a clue and she's away in Sussex. I've found these 3 in her files, mainly of garden and views from house. The one from back of house makes the terrace look a bit "compressed". See if they come out.
