I managed to knack my knee by running onto a brick sized stone (on the track below High Rigg- Hi if you two on the ascent are reading). My forefoot hit it and as I rocked over my knee was flexed the wrong way. At the time It just felt just bit of a jolt and I continued for the last two miles or so without giving it a second thought. The next day it was clear I'd knacked it. I had to really think to remember how I might have injured it so light the incident felt at the time. five days later it clicks and feels loose. Money is a bit tight right now so I don't want to see a physio if I can avoid it. Any thoughts or advice most welcome.
