Nav needed for 9th June leg 3

I know I've posted this before. I had someone lined up to help but unfortunately he sent me an email saying he's torn his calf muscle!

If any one can help please let me know.

I'm starting at 6pm on Sat so on my schedule that'll get to leg 3 for 03:13.

No thanks, I appreciate the offer but I will have to politely decline. As I expect is the case for you, I have spent far too long preparing and invested a huge amount of training to give myself every chance of success, I don't want anything to distract me from that.

However, if you are looking for a pacer I might be able to help you - I ran with a guy on a BG effort a couple of weeks back and I think he is looking to support a few BG attempts. I could pass on your email address if you wish.

Well now I know it's THE Roger it would be rude not to come and shout some abuse even though I'm not keen on BG stuff.

I may fancy Legs 3,4 & 5 depending on timings....got to be at a stupid wedding on the Saturday...what time start?
