    Sedburgh 3 Peaks 3rd March

    Anyone going up for this? I here the post race grub alone is worth the trip.

    I'd certainly recommend it. It is a cracking route as well as some good food.

    Please let the organiser know if you are going as they need to estimate how much grub to prepare.
    Fitness can't be stored. It must be earned over and over, indefinitely.

    I did this last year. Mr Richardson and crew couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome, and the course is a dowser as well. And yes the food is rather nice!

    Possibly the hardest 3 mile run/race I have done. Felt like double the actual distance. Well worth the trip up though. Legs still fresh and no injuries. Belly full of chips counter productive to this short steep stuff, highly suited to the sub 9 stoners (ie, 12 year olds). Congrats HH, tremendous effort.

    I agree Ady, cracking race, hard conditions today. Weather much difference to the sun we experienced last year. Congratulations to HH on his victory, and also to 18 year old James Mountain who followed him into second. The wind didn't make things easy at all, visibility up top wasn't great either, but some brilliant descents
