A score event open for solos up to teams of 4. Based near coniston. 6 hours on the Sat and 5 on the Sunday, 7 hours and 6 for the elites amongst us (not me)
Reckon I will be having a go, just don't know who (if anyone) will be running with me. Might like the idea of a solo run, then again sometimes two heads are better than one when lost in the hills
Anyone else fancy it?

Think I have finally convinced a willing victim to take part with meWil be getting the entry in tomorrow so there is no backing out.
Also will have a go at the mini MM 3 hour event the week before as a nice warm up. Love the spelling mistake. Accoording to the website it tests your legs and your brian...
I always like having my brian tested. Must remember to take him along!

I'm doing it in the pairs catagory with my mate from Calder Valley. I've been fell racing for about 22 years but this is only my second MM, (Saunders being my first in May this year), but I enjoy route finding and getting the checkpoints spot on (hopefully). Weather forcast is looking sunny for Saturday but might be chilly at night......mmmm.....!

T'is my 2nd one as well! Really enjoyed the Saunders and made me want to do this as a pair. Unfortunatly my partner decided against it so I am flying solo on this one!
I also enjoy route finding and getting checkpoints spot on, just so rarely happens that when it does it makes it all the better.
You camping on the Friday night Mapper?
