Hi guys,first a bit of background. I started running on feb first this year and had done nothing active for a long time,since then i have lost some weight and am loving the training ,so this is the question when i started i could just barely run at about 10 55 a mile but last week ran a 24min 5 k with one 7 30 mile So how fast should i train now on long run tempo runs ect i am hoping to have a go at a fell race in the autumn if i can get the training wright any help would be great.
