I'm really interested in how people cope with sleep deprivation (SD) during longer races/events. I know there many practical ways of delaying the onset of SD through the use of music, caffeine, self talk and even micro sleep i guess!
I'm training for the UTMB this year and thought it would be interesting to see how people stop falling asleep in races basically!?
Let me know your tips/strategies whether psychological/physical/pharmaceutical.
