Lakeland 100 recce

Hi,

Does anyone want to look at any of the course for the Lakeland 100 on Saturday 23rd June? I am struggling to get motivated to do the race and thought a good long run on the route might fix that.

I would suggest something like Dockray to Troutbeck then hitch back to the start, but open to suggestions.

Me and my mate ultramarathon man Steve are going for our last Big Day Out on the course on Friday 22nd. We're going to go from Coniston to Buttermere and back.
I personally have done loads of preparation for this event, and I can't wait...

open to suggestions - I don't mind, whatever is easiest logistically. I'm in Lancaster and have a friend doing the 50 - we are planning an early start, and steady pace!
