    Dislocated finger...

Was running along the Reeks here in Kerry 2 weeks back, fell, looked down and ring finger on right hand was bent sideways 90 degrees. Thankfully it clicked back into place straight away, but obviously ballooned pretty quickly. Descended, did the Neurofen and ice thing, was near a hospital a few days later so had it xrayed. Not broken, but straightforward dislocation.

The finger itself was weak anyway after another sports injury about 20 years back. So probably will happen again. Just wondering if anyone else here has had it and do you tape the weak finger to the ones on each side or just forget about it?
