newbie - made it to clogwyn

hey newbie to off road running done a couple of runs through the slate quarries in Llanberis before today but decided to go a little further
made it upto clogwyn station on snowdon but 2ft visibility above cwm hetiau and not having been up there for 20-odd years i decided to turn back - didnt fancy a heli ride or worse

i havent been on here for a while (cos of the lack of welcome) :angry: :wink:
but have been running up and down a little mountain local to me
anyways i made the summmit and have been halfway a couple of times more and again to cloggy - i dont think i enjoy it, but i do - also i have entered the Snowdon race in july!!

Good luck with the Snowdon Ben. Never done it myself, but we stayed over Llanberis last year and did all the 3000' with some friends...all except Snowdon that is! I've been down there a fair bit over the years and been up all the tops before on my own, and some with the wife! We stayed in a cottage over the other side. Some great runs around there! I'll be down in a couple of weeks to do 1000 meters! So you can return the favour and wish me luck!! :w00t:
