I had to get the results on the internet before the runners got home so I did that from there. A promise is a promise after all.

Did you organise the accident on the M61 to make sure I didn't get home before the results?
I was sat in the car for 90 minutes without moving! Wish I'd stayed in the pub for an hour or two now.
Thanks for a great race Julian. Superb organisation as always. Thanks to all the marshals and the very efficient registration team. The only downside was the runner who decided he didn't have to queue for
the gate with the rest of us and just pushed his way to the front.
I don't think the rest of the runners were impressed Pete James of West Pennine Runners!

There was a guy taking pictures on the track up to the tower and in about the same place on the descent, anyone know who he was and where the pictures might end up?

Did this last year in strong winds and driving rain. I could hardly see on the way down although the steep road descent to the finish was the worst bit. Good event though and achievable even for road runners like me looking for a bit of variety (and I still wasn't last).

Everyone was disgusted with him. I think Pete James of West Pennine was his name.
Practice run 5.50pm Thursday. Race 7.15pm.
Well it worked well for me last year!
