    I had an interview at the start, dunno why they picked on me to be honest, prob. ended on the cutting-room floor..... I,ll watch out for the i-player tho.

    Did it last year... there's a thread somewhere.. great race. Fast running, a good mile on the road, then gradually ascending trail then a steep section at the top.. reverse route..

    Most of it is very good running...

    Stunning area so worth making a weekend and then head out the next day and get some miles on the ridges.

    I'm staying up for a week with the bike and tent. I've been across Arran a few times on the bike and looked up and thought that looks ace (Goat fell). Lloyd and Jackie reckon Glen Rossa is a great race, but I have a trail marathon in June so I thought I would have a look at this one this year. From what I can see navigation is simple? And not really a mudclaw race? Although I found the road at the end of Jura ok in 'claws.

    Did this last year, longish run out on road and track,path up through rocks and slabs, steep at the top then back down same way...take some plasters.
