Well I won`t be changing from my staple energy foods which include wholemeal bread, Marmite, porridge, Water, Beetroot Juice and the odd Diarolyte for electrolyte balance on utra`s.

And I'll be sticking with Kendal Mint Cake and water. It works for up to 24 hours, & I've no plans for any runs longer than that.
