cartridge games!!!
How cool!
Hey RR - big mistake. That was the most addictive game I ever played - its even giving me the jitters now thinking about it. Trainings bound to suffer
Oh man, I LOVE Sonic. Played it for hours when I was a kid.... Now have it on a simulator on my pc at home, not quite as authentic though RR
RR are you gonna put your foot down

We have sonic for the pc, but it just isn't the same without the joystick!

The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running
Ha! Still got my Amstrad CPC 6128 with Jet Set Willy and Spindizzy to keep me occupied. That Spindizzy...toughest game bar none!

Our Amstrad had tapes to loads the games from. You would put the tape in and then go for dinner when it loaded up!!!!!!!
Best games were Oh Mummy, Chucky Egg, Harrier Jump Jet and Jet Set Willy.
Best bit was, you could copy your mates games on the tape player!!!

I actually still have (in their boxes) a Commodore 64 with tape player and a Spectrum ZX. Haven't dusted them off for ages. I might do that tonight to show the kids when games were games! None of that PS2 virtual stuff. I'll get out Pipeline and School Daze. I could even get out (still with box) my Grandstand game (sports edition) as endorsed by Kevin Keegan
