    Powerman Zofingen

Just did this race last weekend as the World Long Course Duathlon Championships and, if you're of a biking and running persuasion and like your hills, I can highly recommend it. Distances/Ascent are:

    Run 1: 10 km / 300m
    Bike: 150 km / 1800m
    Run 2: 30 km / 600m

Runs are 80% on forest trails and the race organisation is brilliantly Swiss... one of the toughest but best events I've ever done.

    Not too bad, 7:14:56 ... won my Age-Group M35-40..

First run, 36.30, bike, 4:22:45 and second run, 2:12:28

really tough race, especially the second run where there are long climbs and descents.. going to be sore for a while.

Well done, good effort. Is it getting written up for 220?
