A few years ago we got a driving offense through the post. We had to declare who was driving the car but my wife and I genuinely did not know who was driving that day (it was weeks previously and very close to the house). My wife took the hit for the three points as from time-to-time I had to get hire cars through work. If I had to guess I would have said it was more likely to have been me!
I was just walking the dogs and i realised all the time this has been in the news i've thought it was Chris Patten. No matter, this one's almost certainly a total arse too.
To think he nearly became the leader of the Lib-Dems.

How can someone supposedly so intelligent do something so crass? For the sake of 3 points.
Maybe becuase they have such a high opinion of themselves they think they are above the law. Politicians as a breed demonstrate self confidence over ability. I prefer people the other way round. :thunbdown:
