But presumably they do not drop it if only 2 people have access to the car.

MPs who disgrace themselves should be sentenced to the stocks.

Stocks on Westminster green would suffice so members of the public can abuse them as they wish for a week, then stocks in their constituency where people who voted them in can also abuse them for a week.

If it was my MP in the stocks in Middleton i would spend the day putting breadcrumbs on his head so the pigeons would peck at him and shit all over his head whilst putting a couple of ferrets down his pants and a marrow up his arse.

Well he's going to be "perused from behind" by Mr Big in the showers with a bitof luck.

The Pope goes to New York. He is picked up at the airport by a limousine. He looks at the beautiful car and says to the driver, "You know, I hardly ever get to drive. Would you please let me?"

The driver is understandably hesistant and says, "I'm sorry, but I don't think I'm supposed to do that."

But the Pope persists, "Please?" The driver finally lets up. "Oh, all right, I can't really say no to the Pope."

So the Pope takes the wheel, and boy, is he a speed demon! He hits the gas and goes around 100 mph in a 45 zone. A policeman notices and pulls him over.

The cop walks up and asks the Pope to roll down the window. Startled and surprised, the young officer asks the Pope to wait a minute. He goes back to his patrol car and radios the chief.

Cop: Chief, I have a problem.

    Chief: What sort of problem?

Cop: Well, you see, I pulled over this guy for driving way over the speed limit but it's someone really important.

    Chief: Important like the mayor?

Cop: No, no, much more important than that.

    Chief: Important like the governor?

Cop: Wayyyyyy more important than that.

    Chief: Like the president?

    Cop: More.

Chief: Who's more important than the president?

Cop: I don't know, but he's got the Pope driving for him!
    Nice one

Provided it's the truth and not a conspiracy! . There's alot of urban myths about how you can avoid points. They normally end up with people getting 6 (or 9) points instead of £60 and 3points.

OH NO!! Not another plea of, "I wasn't the active partner in the relationship. I just used to bite the pillow and cry" ..... Norman Scott under cross examination.

Sadly I suspect he'll end up in some cushy open prison.

Hopefully there'll be a riot to £&@£ him right up.

Prison is too good for him. He should be forced to do a demeaning job under the glare of public ridicule and hatred.

Oh, hang on, that's what he was doing before. Maybe prison is the best bet.

    Define 'access'.

If you mean insurance, then many fully comprehensive policies allow you to drive other cars with 3rd party cover. I could drive your car legally if you gave me permission to drive it but you may not be able to recall the dates in the future.

I've seen this done. Guy said his wife was driving who then said it was his brother who then said it was the original person - case dropped. That was South Yorkshire police, I don't know about other forces.

I'm not advocating this approach by the way, just stating my observations.
