Annie Conway - not going to be easy to give a price for - she is clearly v.good but is she planning to do many championship/LCT races? - let's say 5 pints

Tom Gibbs - again, is he going to do many champ/LCT races? - we'll say he's available for 1 pint [if he does do many races that could be a bargain...]

Yes no problem. There's usually a flurry of changes just before the first race.
But once the (metaphorical) gun goes off at Edale that's it apart from substitutions.
