Well done Al. Cracking day, cracking race. Loved it! I was upset at having missed Moel Eilio yet again but this race more than made up for it. A descent from hell followed by a ascent from somewhere even worse. Never before in the field of human conflict has so much use been made of grassy tussocks to physically haul destroyed bodies up a near vertical slope that went on and on and on and on....but the views at the top were worth every second of agony. And then the fun of going down and back up to Pen Y Fan....oh how we laughed and gambolled along!
Finally, a toe nail shredding (both big ones...count 'em) heel ripping flat out blast for miles and miles with the whole of mid Wales laid out before you.
Sheer bliss and sheer agony all rolled into one. You MUST do this race!

just seen the photos,are there any results out yet?loked like a good turn out.saw one bloke in the top half of the field being pulled up by his dog,is that exeptable??
