Looks like a " poor " forecast for tomorrow nights Pete Hartley Memorial Fell race. We may have to insist on some or all of the kit so please bring it along just in case. If that's the case we will do kit checks at the entry funnel.

Many thanks to the Rossy gang for tonight's race. With the clocks going forward it's the start of the midweekers. You'd of thought it was midwinter before the start but that first climb over the Rossy xc course soon got the blood pumping.
Lovely touch having Denise start the race and also hand out the eggs at the finish...thank you.
158 brave souls In the senior race and 64 even braver Juniors to race in Petes Memory. A bitter cold and windy night and as usual copious amounts of mud. Hopefully we will have the results out by the weekend.
Both adult and junior galleries online http://www.kipax.com/index.php?g=RUNNING
Social media files available from Adult gallery.. Both galleries have half price prints for first 5 days
Updated results can be found here. http://www.rossendaleharriers.co.uk/...illResults.pdf
Thanks Lefty. Well organised as usual.
Tuesday was the coldest I've been all winter!!!
I've been up Pendle in snow / hail (and the rest) every week on winter nights but I've never been as cold as on Tuesday.
Enjoyed a pint of Hydes in the Robin Hood pub by the fire afterwards though.......
See the light in the night
