    Well last year I had an awful run 'cause I bashed my knee early on.....but, got to the Bad Step and, a little too slowly, found the very runnable route off to the right. Now I'm sure where it is, I can't help thinking it's quicker than scrambling down the step or the left hand side.

    I entered early and got a phone call to inform me of the date change. It's on the 6th oct now (as far as I know) the same day as the championship race at Great Whernside and the day before the Ian Hodgson Relays!

    Know what you mean when I was still harbouring hopes for Borrowdale the plan was to get mine to meet me at Styhead.
