Cwmdu Race.

First, it was the Llangorse Loop. Classic race but hardly any parking.
So, it was re-invented as Mynydd Troed. This was one of the best and toughest medium races in Wales and it had a pub to use as race HQ. Whats not to like? But then the Landlord wasn't happy having his car park stuffed to the gills and his pub full of sweaty, muddy runners.
So Dick Finch has come up with the third incarnation, Cwmdu. Harder again, nearly as great and a lovely village hall as race HQ. Well done mate!! It completely kinackered me. I loved it!

I'd say it improved on MT because you only had to go to its summit once ;-)

A great new race - I preferred it to the previous route, and the weather was perfect. I had my first reasonable run since breaking the kneecap in 2011! Results here, and hopefully some photos coming soon.
