    Strutz arch supports

    Hello all

I have come across some strutz arch supports on ebay and i'm thinking of buying a pair, are they any good ? My arches have fallen slighty and i'm having to wear full length moderate arch supports at the moment when i go running etc i'm just wary of buying these strutz and making my foot pain worse, i am hoping not to need arch supports for ever as i'm currently trying out foot exercises.
Anyway before i divert are they any good ? has anyone else used them ?

    cheers country-lass

I'm not a podiatrist but the foot is so complex I'd go and see a professional before buying something like that un tried

    Re: Strutz arch supports

    Thanks Iandarkpeak

i have seen a podiatrist who gave me some interpod arch supports just that i only have the one pair and at 40 quid a pop there a tad pricey to buy another pair, i guess when it comes to your feet you can't skimp i guess

and they say running is good for you, lol

good job i love pain then aint it or else i would have jacked running in long long ago
