Urges- not going to give in to

I am having some chocolate fudge brownie ice cream as I have a sore throat so its ok to give in to it

Oh the guilt and shame I feel this morning.

It's funny the justifications we give to allow us to give in to our urges.

I seem to remember an article saying that a full bar of dark chocolate and a bottle of red wine helps me avoid a heart attack.
