Happy with most of it, but any advice - or a bearing - for best line off Yewbarrow summit down into Wasdale would be welcome

Presume just follow the bearing on the Harvey map - any easy features to get you on the right line?

two years ago did an anti-clock. unfortunately we got a bit cocky off Yewbarrow and looked for some doable scree rather than the usual trod. My advice, don't! Although the scree was good in places, the rocks hidden in the following bracken undid any benefit that the scree had brought. Off the top, swing to the left to do a big right hand bend (on grass), you will probably spot the trod that way, which will lead you into stream and rockier ground. Good luck!
