    langdale until July

    Going to be in working in Langdale all week Until Sunday 7th. Hope to have some evenings off to go for a run. Are the local club going for any runs in the area.

    Or are there any BG's passing through? might try and meet up.

    All packed now and setting off soon so please leave a message after the tone......

    Ambleside AC run on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings from various spots - check their training runs on the website.
