    The Stones at Glastonbury

It was funny watching the Stones last night, it was like watching your grandad on karaoke after half a bottle of scotch. To be honest it was like singalong karaoke in a residential home. :w00t:

My thoughts exactly! Woods and Jones looked a little less than interested and Watts definitely looked geriatric!! Cash cow springs to mind! The hyperbole afterwards was all slightly nauseating!! I watched a little bit of the less than great Public Enemy who, ironically performed Don't Belive the Hype!!!

    Kinda glad I missed it.

I'll keep that early 90s memory unsullied.

To be fair I think that particular gig might have been The Happy Mondays.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Portishead live, and they far exceeded my already very high expectations.
From the footage I saw The XX had the best performance.

I knew they were old, but in their early 90s? Fair play to them, that's amazing.

I accidentally switched over from Channel Five where I'd been watching The Walking Dead. It was a good few minutes before I realised.

Well that's not surprising, as Brian Jones died in 1969! :w00t:
I geuss you meant Woods & Taylor?
