FR305 - OS Position Marker?

Does anyone know if it's possible to determine your OS 6 figure current position when running on the hills using a FR305?

It will not give you this ref when out. However you can upload routes from memory maps and pinpoint certain GR's and it will tell you when you get there. Obviously you can download a saved route to MM and see said route on the O/S software map when you get back.

Personally I would not advocate the use for navigation purposes 'in the field'. Great for analysing data & routes post run though.
