I've entered again but will depend on recovering from bruised ribs as had first run for 2 weeks today. I was up on Danefield this afternoon and surprised how dry the main tracks were so definitely a trail shoes job on Friday (Found plenty of mud off-piste though! )

Great fun on an amazingly warm halloween night at Chevin forest(Danefield). Took it easy but slightly faster than my 'only jogging round' statement made to clubmates.

Some great fancy dress (apart from myself and DinoF who both went as 'hi-vis runners in a headtorch race'!).
