    Boxing Day, you can also kill two birds with one stone by pandering to you inner self by coming dressed as a woman as most of the male runners do !

    I wouldn't say the Y3P's is fully flagged, although it is probably the only AL in the calendar where it's more or less impossible to get lost

    Isn't? I don't think I've ever even considered looking at a map or a moments hessitation on the route.. maybe its because you always have people to chase.. but its certainly wel marked.

    It's flagged in the areas where they want everybody to follow the same path but a lot of it is totally unmarked. Although like I said, it's practically impossible to get lost during the race these days as the route is so obvious and there's usually loads to follow anyway.

    Thanks everyone.

    @Daz - Looks a good race and great location but the night before is going to be a late one for me so...
    @Rich - Trog looks really good.
    @Lux - I've got Gravy Pud pencilled in the diary!
    @DrP - I'm Pennine's newest member
    @Ian - I've read the navigation article, I have a compass, when I have time I'll definitely check out a course, until then it's semi-NS races for me.
