Borrowdale alternative?

I'm still thinking about this one.

Clockwise or anti clockwise BG leg 1?

Preferably clockwise - 2 cars would save having to hitch a lift back to Keswick.

Just in case anyone's interested .....

I had a great time - even added a bit (unlike the actual race!).

Set off from a very wet campsite at 9:30am - up to Esk Hause, Gt. Gable, Grn Gable, Brandreth, Grey Knotts,Honister, Dale Head (along with the top 10 runners), Hindscarth, Robinson, Newlands Church, Maiden Moor, High Spy then managed a bit of a sprint back down through the slate mines - most of the blood had washed away by then!

A really good run with surprisingly benign weather, given the conditions earlier in the day - around 6 and a half hours - unlike the Borrowdale wimps who were only out for 2 and a half

I'm beginning to enjoy this 'non-competitive fell running' lark
