    Iam always hungry. I did not used to eat much on long runs but have trained myself to eat more at it is bett. preferences for soup, savoury sandwiches but not too dry. small mars bars etc. I think mostly I have a healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg but not veggie, I would not turn down a bacon nutty!

    For me, positive veggies mean fruit ad vegetables. Sometimes you can make soup or shakes with vegetables and fruits. Blends of fruits can also be helpful for vegetarian.

    I'd say a blend of fruit can be helpful to anyone lol not just vegetarian.
