I don't think I've introduced myself properly to the forum! I'm rob and although running for Wirral AC out of choice I loathe running sometimes but it does earn me cake. What more can I say? The bars open...

    Welcome to the forum Rob.

    Two pieces of advice.

1)Don't ask any question related to safety.

    2) Ignore everything I say, it's all tripe.

    Hello Rob!

Running = love/hate sometimes! I think fell running is special because... Going up some of these hills can be torturous but the views at the top or the scenery can be spectacular!

You appear to have survived the gauntlet of the first 30 posts Robk.

And responded with some with some mirth on this very thread, you'll go far. Masterdom at the very least

Chocolate hobnobs today btw, and a nice cuppa tea. Sadly no cake.

very impressed: just a couple of posts in and this thread's on to cake. Mine's a a chocolate tiffin. Any long-lived thread eventually gets onto (a) safety (b) cake (c) hitler
