    National XC Champs

    Are there any forumites doing this on Saturday? looks like a good and pretty rough course.

    I'll be running, not least to be overtaken by a couple of hundred runners... I've not seen the course but of heard its the opposite side of Wollaton Hall to the North Mids XC league race back in January.

    It's both sides of Wollaton Hall! Held the Midlands on something resembling it a few years back. I'll be there supporting. Course map below,

    To be honest I'm gutted it's not the old Inters course having watched it for quite a few years and wanting to run, just not being good enough

    Yes. i think the course is a bit experimental and very different for Wollaton. last years County Champs Course was a cracker and I hope this is too. A very tight turn just after the start could cause some fun for those caught in the pack!
