    Walsh Heel Rubbing

Am sure this has been done a 1000 times but my walshs are rubbing on my heel (left only) and remember someone mentioning something about putting them over steam from a kettle (the shoe not mi ankle) and moulding them to fit!!!

Does someone have a better desc of what you do???

    Ta

No, it's inov8's you steam with the kettle.
If your walshes are rubbing I'd suggest a plaster or zinc tape on your heel. Or you could use the Adrian Hope overkill method, I'm sure he'll be along at some point to explain what that is.
