    This received from Rob's sister

My daughter Tanya Shepherd is doing the Great North Run in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma research in memory of Rob.

Now I know that's not "proper" running for you guys - but its a big thing for Tanya who is usually seen in frocks and high heels! It will be her first big run and she is determined to do it. Do you think any of your forum members would like to sponsor her?

Even just a pound would be fine, because what would really help spurr her on if they would leave a message on her Just Giving site with a bit of encouragement. You never know when she finds out how nice the fell running community is you may persuade her to do some "off roading".

    many thanks
