Hi, limit has never been reached but under 100 solo entries. Entries best up till 16th October then on the day for a few extra pounds!

Have acquired some prizes of my local ale courtesy of Irwell Works Brewery! Before people say it isn't local ale here at Helwith Bridge, it is local to me and tastes mighty grand! (still working through the draft versions available!)

Is the a cat prize for 52's born in Calderdale?
Looking forward to my first Duathlon. Any tips? I was thinking of running as fast as I can, then cycling as fast as I can, then running as fast as I can. What do you think?
