    Adnan I do not do electronic gadgets and so have no GPS trace, someone else might tho so you could get a reply. he nav is not hard in good weather.
    good luck if you have a go it is a wonderful day out. You can do it, part of the challenge is the nav not following a little arrow on a screen (OK, that should get some pee going)

    That little arrow is my friend I would only TRY to nav if I really have to as my nav is as good as Joey Essex's GK.

    ha, ha. chose a day with good vis and practice! I have to admit I have very occasionally benefited from someone sharing the little arrow in bad weather and a totally new to me area

    David Ralph's has been again. 13 hours 15 this time so by visiting the GC cairn later he saved a little time, but thinks his original route is more satisfying. phoning ahead to Eskdale YHA works - he got a nice reception and a cup of tea.
