Weather still pretty benign up here (south Lakes anyway). They all look to be going well. Good stuff.

Touch wood... Met office reckon it will be seriously nasty this pm.. Let's hope they can get past gable before the worst hits.

Its only just started raining here, but we're a bit out of lakes. AH, and to lesser degree GE look to have had issues through Wasdale leg somewhere, but I'm sure they'll be able to pull it back!? Fingers crossed!

Update: AH appears to have gone pretty much straight through at Wasdale. Obviously keen to get on and pull time back! Good sign? Must feel strong?!

I was with Kev, we passed her on Bowfell and said she was struggling with food but then she got going again, passed us and kept just ahead for the rest of that leg. She was gone from Wasdale by the time we were in.

Hope she makes it inside the 24!

Yep, a couple of them pushing it now! Guess conditions are pretty bad. Here's hoping there's something left in the legs for the road.

All 3 seem to have stopped at Grey Knotts so it might be the trackers struggling rather than the contenders

Yep there is about a 45min black spot between grey knott and dale head - pending how fast they are and how long they stop at Honister. I keep trying different things to improve this - just not quite got it yet. A 2g femtocell at Honister YHA would do the job..
