Thanks to Britty and his team and Kenny for his Q&A session.
Garmin says my route was 4.5m with 2222ft ascent.
Agreed, very tough, found it harder than last week's Tebay race despite being nearly half the distance! My feet felt like they were on fire on that final descent.
Thanks to everyone involved, we appreciated the free beer and Q&A from Kenny Stuart was very interesting. Shame about the midges...
Oh and the flying TED beat Morgan, Jim Davis, Daz Kay and the previous record.
The first half dozen beat last years record Trevor including Bowlands Dan & Steve who had their own battle!!
Nice to see you running to the summit even though you were drafting! ;-)
Drafting indeed Mrs Lou
I was helping, assisting, encouraging and coaching a young Wharfy talent.
Good to see you up on a hill, maybe this could be the start of a come back to the hills.
Only winning matters at the sharp end, Mr Stewart agreed with that.
Does anyone know what time Ted Mason got? Too impatient for the results
