    Question Inflammatory back pain

    Does anyone have any advice on running with inflammatory back conditions? Apart from do not run with an inflammatory back conditon.

    But in general, regular exercise is an essential part of keeping the disease under control. What you can do will be largely limited by symptoms but you can't make the problem worse by trying to run.

    Hope you can keep something going out on the hills.

    Pain is the classical signs of acute inflammation and it is really an unpleasant feeling for every mankind. I am not familiar with the inflammatory back pain, so I can not give you any suggestions about it.
